Lost Horizon will research the existing competitive atmosphere –
how feasible are these concepts? What companies will be
competing against us? What will be our competitive
advantage.

Design Specification
We will collaboratively produce a layout and look and feel
which satisfies all of your requirements. Research includes
investigating the limitations of your audience and any logo
design, graphical work that will be needed.

Site Architecture
This includes hosting requirements (how much traffic should
you expect?), Database software requirements (how many
simultaneous users will you have?), Scalability (how fast will
your user base grow)

Database Layouts
Lost Horizon will compile all of the database properties, layouts
and tables

Custom Software
We will determine what type of software is needed to
deliver unique functionalities you might require – such as
Flash, iPIX or any other 3rd party software

Site Map
This will be a hierarchical mapping of the site’s sections,
sub-sections, and the entire flow of the site.

Resource Requirements
Lost Horizon will determine what technologies and methods are
required, and what developer skill sets are needed to use
them.

Project Schedule/Timeline
We will incorporate all existing constraints and requirements
and come up with a detailed project plan and timeline.
