Billing Cycles
Your billing cycle corresponds to the contract
length that was initially chosen at setup. Your
account will automatically renew at this length.
You will receive an invoice the day after your
renewal date. Your credit card will be charged
5 days after the invoice date. You can change
the length of your billing cycle by e-mailing
billing@losthorizon.com.
There is no fee to change to a shorter billing
cycle at the end of the current cycle. However,
if you wish to change to a shorter billing cycle,
during a current cycle, there will be a $25.00
fee.
- Foreign Checks and Wire
Transfers
There is a $15.00 processing fee for all foreign
checks and wire transfers.
- Returned Checks
There is a $20.00 processing fee for all returned
checks.
- Credit Card Chargeback
There is a $50.00 processing fee for all illegitimate
credit card chargebacks.
- How much am I
billed and how often?
When you subscribe, you are
billed in advance for the first quarter
of hosting services. You will be billed
each quarter until you cancel
your account.
- How long does
my account last after I cancel?
You account lasts until the
end of the month that you last paid for.
So, if you are billed on the 15th and
you cancel on the 20th, you will still
have a membership until the 15th of the
next month!
Your membership as well as
any purchases you make through Lost Horizon
are itemized on your credit card statement
as "Lost Horizon Interactive".
- What if I don't
want to use a credit card?
You may mail
us a check or money order for your
invoiced amount. Print out and send us
the signup form
and make sure to complete all of the information.
We will activate your site within 24 hours
of Receiving your letter!
